We provide accurate, fair quotes only after an on-site assessment because visible conditions and hidden hazards determine scope, time, equipment, disposal needs, and any required safety measures. During the visit we inspect damage, document areas with photos, identify biohazard or hazardous-waste items, and confirm whether additional services such as mold remediation, structural stabilization, or specialty disposal are needed. After the assessment we deliver a transparent, itemized estimate with recommended next steps, an expected timeline, and any deposit or scheduling requirements so you know exactly what the job will involve and what it will cost.

Once we receive your initial call, our experienced team schedules an on-site visit to conduct a comprehensive assessment. We take the time to examine the scale and severity of the situation, including the volume of items to be removed, the type of materials involved, and any biohazards or structural challenges that may be present. 

Additional considerations such as accessibility, cleaning and restoration needs, specialized equipment, and disposal logistics also factor into our estimate. We then provide a clear, written quote that outlines the projected time and cost of the project, with no obligation or pressure to commit. 

 Satisfaction guarantee policy: If you’re not happy, we’ll return within 7 days for touch-ups (excludes repairs/renovations).

 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cleaning and removal services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the resources reserved. If CluttrCare cannot complete a project due to our error, customers are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For projects already in progress, partial refunds are considered case by case.
