By accessing or using Cluttrcare's website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We provide professional hoarding clean-up and related services in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
   
• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit, and e-transfer.
   

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unsafe conditions, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
   

For safety reasons, we may refuse to handle hazardous materials (e.g., biohazards, chemicals) without proper arrangements.
Clients must inform us of any known hazards before the service date.

We take great care in our work, but we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or belongings
   
• Items disposed of with client consent
   
• Loss or damage resulting from unsafe property conditions
   

We maintain strict discretion and will not share client details without permission, except as required by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
